We believe that, where there are safety issues at sites, both the community and the workers who access these sites, are entitled to be aware of, and have quick and easy access to, the risk management solutions as they are implemented. Most workers will be safe at a managed site, but they are also entitled at law to be aware of any risks, and the public is entitled to information about community safety. Our view is that safety is a legitimate community concern and that an informed and aware public will experience less anxiety about radiocommunications installations
